Looking after yourself DVD
Screencraft produced a 30-minute DVD for Carers NSW as a resource for training and educating Aboriginal carers in looking after themselves while caring for others. It included case studies of some carers as well as interviews with carers and service providers, highlighting issues to be aware of. The DVD focuses on the ‘Staying Healthy Wheel’, which highlights areas of discussion, such as Exercise, Relaxation, Health Checks and Healthy Eating.
