Screencraft was tasked to produce a suite of video case studies to support Phase Two of the Aged Care Changes Campaign. The introduction of My Aged Care
in 2013 has seen significant change to the way aged care services are provided in Australia, and also how these services are accessed by clients.
The key change is the introduction of choice – consumers now have choices as to which care provider they can use, how their budget allocation can be spent,
It is about being flexible, and affording consumers the respect they deserve at one of the most vulnerable times of their lives. Screencraft travelled
to several locations in Australia to profile people who have benefited from the changes to aged care, and who are enjoying life.
