Screencraft produced 10 x 3 min web videos for AusIndustry (part of the Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research & Tertiary Education) to promote the Clean Technology Investment Program by highlighting outstanding case studies of previous successful grant applicants.
Screencraft provided full logistical and creative services; arranging, planning and executing productions on location in large industrial and agricultural business across Australia. The videos illustrate how each business used their grant to implement clean technologies, which reduced their environmental impact and resulted in cost savings. This was achieved by providing before and after stories from two interviewees at each location that addressed the previous status quo, the grant application process, the research and implementation of the new clean technology and the results that it made available.
These interviews were accompanied by overlay footage that showcased the newly employed innovative technologies by showing it in action and by having each of the interviewees interacting with it alone and together. Conducting two interviews, one from a higher level executive and one with a more grass-roots level individual, allowed for a broad perspective of the projects, with the executive providing bigger picture overviews of the venture, the results and the company’s new direction and the operational personnel providing a more detailed analysis of the change on an functional level.
