Screencraft was engaged by Allhomes to produce an autumn campaign celebrating research that found that homes sold through Allhomes sold at higher prices than those not advertised on Alllhomes.

We used a split screen approach to give a sliding doors effect - showing what life could be like if vendors chose to sell their home through Allhomes.

We sourced the location, talent as well as the motion graphics that gave the home an 'anywhere in Canberra' look.

Locality-specific versions were produced for various Canberra regions, which ran across digital.
