Port Jackson Partners is a boutique management consulting firm that has been operating since 1991 and was acquired by Ernst and Young in 2020 – becoming EY Port Jackson Partners.

EYPJP approached us wanting to create a series of films that would increase awareness of the newly branded company, as well as attracting new business and recruits. A particular goal of theirs was to highlight the firm’s impressive female talent, with hopes of attracting more.

The film is built around interviews with current female staff speaking to the positive workplace culture and support they receive at EYPJP. Selecting the appropriate talent and creating a comfortable interview environment that allowed them to relax and shine was key crucial for success.
